New Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CEZ Elected
At its meeting on 27 March 2024, the Supervisory Board discussed the statement of Bc. Radek Mucha's resignation from the position of Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ČEZ, a. s., and at his request, approved the termination of his position as Vice-Chairman with effect from 16 April 2024. Radek Mucha will remain an ordinary member of the Supervisory Board.
At the same meeting, the Supervisory Board elected Mr. František Novotný as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ČEZ, a. s., effective 17 April 2024.
