Changes in the CEZ Supervisory Board

At its meeting on 27 April 2023, the Supervisory Board discussed thestatement of Bc. Milan Wagner's resignation from the position ofVice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CEZ, a. s., and at his requestapproved the termination of his position as Vice-Chairman as of 15 May2023. Milan Wagner continues to be an ordinary member of the SupervisoryBoard.

At the same meeting, the Supervisory Board elected Bc. Radek Mucha tothe position of Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board, effective as of16 May 2023.
