Otakar Hora a substitute member of the Supervisory Board since 24 June 2022

At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of CEZ, a. s., appointed Otakar Hora whose current term of office as a member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board will expire on 23 June 2022, as a substitute member of the Supervisory Board of CEZ, a. s., effective from 24 June 2022 until the next General Meeting (to be held on 28 June 2022). For the same period, the Supervisory Board re-elected Otakar Hora as its Chairman.
