General Meeting of ČEZ, a. s., decided at its session held on June 29, 2020, on the following changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee of ČEZ, a. s.:

• Mgr. Ondřej Landa, Ing. František Vágner and Ing. Vladimír Kohout were reelected as members of the Supervisory Board for another term of office effective from July 2, 2020;
• Ing. Lubomír Lízal was recalled from the office of a member of the Supervisory Board effective as of July 1, 2020;
• Ing. Vladimír Černý (born 1961), was elected as a member of the Supervisory Board effective from July 2, 2020;
• Ing. Otakar Hora, CSc., was re-elected as a member of the Audit Committee for another term of office effective from July 2, 2020 (and at an extraordinary meeting of the Audit Committee he was subsequently re-elected as Vice-Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect also from July 2, 2020).
