Through its vote, the Supervisory Board of ČEZ to keep the continuity confirmed Pavel Cyrani as the member of the Board of Directors of ČEZ for the new four-year term effective from 22 October, 2019.

Pavel Cyrani has been in the energy industry for decades and are recognized experts. Pavel Cyrani has been a member of the Board of Directors of ČEZ since 2011 and presently heads the the Sales and strategy division.
