Michaela Chaloupková and Martin Novák to Continue as Members of theBoard of Directors ČEZThe Supervisory Board of ČEZconfirmed at its session yesterday that Michaela Chaloupková, AdministrationDivision Director, and Martin Novák, Finance Division Director, willcontinue their offices as members of the Board of Directors. MartinNovák's next term of office will commence on 24 May 2020, while that ofMichaela Chaloupková will begin on 1 January 2020. This will ensurecontinuity in key corporate management areas.

The Board of Directors at its session then decided that, with effectfrom 1 January 2020, ČEZ will have three deputy CEOs. Tomáš Pleskač willserve as Deputy CEO for Business Development, Martin Novák will be aDeputy CEO for Operations, and Pavel Cyrani will be a Deputy CEO forStrategy and Sales. With effect from the same date, Pavel Cyrani waselected Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.
