The Supervisory Board of ČEZ, a. s., has today recalled from the Board of ČEZ, a. s., Ivo Hlaváč. This measure is effective as of 1. 3. 2017. At the same meeting the Supervisory Board of ČEZ has elected Václav Pačes as a substitute member of the Supervisory Board, effective as of 21. 3. 2017 and until the time of the next company general meeting. Václav Pačes was consequently affirmed as a chairman of the Supervisory Board of ČEZ, a. s.
