Changes in the Supervisory Board of ČEZ

ČEZ hereby announces that the Supervisory Board of ČEZ took at its today's session note of the resignation of the Supervisory Board member Vladimír Vlk. The resignation from his post takes effect on February 25, 2016. At the same session the Supervisory Board of ČEZ co-opted Petr Polák as the new member of the Supervisory Board until the next General Meeting.
