CEWE COLOR acquires Saxoprint GmbH, Dresden

Oldenburg, this 2 February 2012 - CEWE COLOR AG & Co. OHG, a subsidiary of
CEWE COLOR Holding AG with its seat in Oldenburg (SDAX, ISIN:
DE0005403901), has acquired as of today, according to agreements with the
former shareholders of Saxoprint GmbH with its seat in Dresden, all shares
in Saxoprint GmbH together with its domestic and foreign sub-sidiaries. The
acquisition is made as part of the implementation of the strategic decision
of the management board to enter into the online print market. Saxoprint
GmbH is one of the leading providers in the online print market. During the
last business year 2011 it has gener-ated sales revenues of approx. EUR
31.4 million. Regarding the purchase price, which is paid by CEWE COLOR
entirely out of equity, the parties have agreed on strict confidentiality.
