CeWe Color has increased its income in the third quarter of 2007 (EBT)
Prognosis for operational result of 2007 confirmed

Oldenburg, November 5, 2007 – The CeWe Color Holding AG (Prime Standard,
ISIN DE 0005403901) has increased the result of its business activities
(EBIT) in the third quarter of 2007 to Euro 22.3 million, an increase of
7.9 % compared to the same time of the previous year (third quarter 2006:
Euro 20.7 million). The earnings before taxes (EBT) at Euro 21.9 million
were also 7.9 % higher than in the third quarter of the previous year
(third quarter 2006: Euro 20.3 million). Additionally, the company
increased the turnover slightly by 0.5 % to Euro 125.4 million (third
quarter 2006: Euro 124.7 million).

It can be anticipated that the company will fully reach the prognosis of
Euro 24.5 million for the operational result drafted at the beginning of
the year. The anticipated expenses for restructuring will amount to net
Euro 10.0 million in 2007, like it has already been pronounced. In
addition, special expenditures occurred after the publishing of the
prognosis, amounting to Euro 2.75 million in relation to the annual general
meeting and the resulting legal challenges. Therefore, the current
prognosis for the operational result of Euro 24.5 million is defined as
result before taxes and special expenditures (restructuring and additional
expenses in relation to the annual general meeting).

While the turnover prognosis is raised from Euro 400 million to Euro 404
million for the same number of anticipated photos (2.8 billion units), the
prognosis for the EBT is lowered from Euro 14.5 million to Euro 11.8
million as a result of the special expenditures. The difference results
from additional expenses in relation to the annual general meeting. The
prognosis for EBIT is reduced to Euro 13.0 million (from Euro 15.3 million)
and for the result after tax to Euro 5.0 million (from Euro 7.0 million).
The cash flow will likely amount to Euro 40.0 million (expectations up to
now Euro 41.2 million), and the free cash flow to Euro 4.0 million
(expectations up to now Euro 5.2 million). The company does not change its
plans to make investments of Euro 36.0 million.

                         Objectives for 2007 Changes compared
