Proposed grant of employee incentive options to Cettire’s CEO and Chairman
Melbourne, Victoria: 3 February 2021 – Following the successful IPO of Cettire Limited (ASX:CTT) (Company or Cettire) in December 2020, the Company now proposes to make the first grants of options under its Employee Incentive Plan (Plan).
Shareholders will soon be asked to vote at a General Meeting to approve specific grants to Cettire’s CEO and Chairman, as follows:

| 150,000 options | Continued service until release to ASX ofCettire’s half year financials for the periodending 31 December 2023 |
All of these options will have an exercise price of $0.63, being the closing price of Cettire shares on ASX on 2 February 2021. Further details will be contained in the Notice of General Meeting which is expected to be sent to shareholders later this month.
In addition to these participants, the Company proposes to make grants of options under the Plan to other executives and employees which do not require shareholder approval. Details of the grant of these options will be announced to ASX in an Appendix 3G in due course.
