2021ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Melbourne, Victoria: 29 September 2021 – Cettire Limited (ASX:CTT) (Company or Cettire), a global luxury online retailer, advises that its First Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on Thursday 18 November 2021 at 2 pm (AEDT).
The AGM will be held as a virtual meeting with further details to be included in the Notice of Meeting which will be released on the ASX company announcements platform and provided to Shareholders in October 2021.
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of CTT is 2 pm (AEDT) on 7 October 2021.
