Sub: Change in Senior Management Personnel of the Company

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that on the basis of the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved today the appointment of Mr. Brajesh Singh as President - Generation and Mr. Vineet Sikka as President - Distribution of CESC Limited, effective from May 9, 2024. Mr. Singh and Mr. Sikka will head the generation business and distribution business respectively of the Company.

The details of Mr. Brajesh Singh and Mr. Vineet Sikka as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123, dated 13th July, 2023, are provided in “Annexure – A” and “Annexure – B”.
