Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, announces that on 25 August 2022, Andrew Dickson, CFO, was granted options over a total of 15,000 shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.5 pence each ("Options"). The Options have been granted pursuant to the Company's senior management team Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), details of which were announced on 19 September 2017.

The information below, set out in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail on the grant of Options.
