Director/PDMR shareholding

Cerillion plc, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, announces that it has been notified that on 1 February 2021, Mr Oliver Gilchrist, Chief Financial Officer, along with his spouse, Mrs Sarah-Anne Gilchrist, had each: (i) sold 4,868 ordinary shares of GBP 0.005 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") out of their personal holdings at a price of 410 pence per Ordinary Share; and (ii) repurchased 4,868 Ordinary Shares at a price of 410 pence per Ordinary Share into an ISA.

Following the sales and repurchases, Mr Oliver Gilchrist's total beneficial interest (together with his spouse) remains unchanged at 352,895 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
