Cerillion plc, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, announces that it has been notified that Mr Richard Doughty, Business Development Director, has today sold 32,070 ordinary shares of GBP 0.005 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 765 pence per Ordinary Share. Alistair Carwardine, Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific, has today also sold 12,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 770 pence per Ordinary Share.
