Cerillion plc, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, announces that it has been notified that Mr. Andrew Smith, Marketing Director, and his wife Mrs. Katherine Smith, each sold 6,000 ordinary shares of GBP 0.005 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices of 826 pence per Ordinary Share and 828.22 pence per Ordinary Share respectively on 9 June 2021.
