  • The manufacturing activities In respect of Sanltaryware Unit have b materially a, while that of Faucetware Unit have bn a marginally as a result of partial disruption by worers at the Company's plant located at Kadi, from September 28, 2020 to December 22, 2020. This has moderately Impacted the financial performance of the Company for the current financial year.

Figures of the previous periods have bn regrouped/ reclassified I r wherever necery to conform to the current period presentation.

  • 4 The above results have bn reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Bdard of Directors at their meetings held on 10.06.2021.
