He oversaw the expansion of the Faucetware facility from 300,000 to 400,000 units per month and prepared it for further capacity expansion to 600,000 units per month, with only marginal increases in time and expenditure. Mr. Anupam Gupta has wealth of experience and direct manufacturing expertise along with overall general management and industry experience of more than 33 years. Before joining the CERA, he was former Unit head of the Insulator Division, Aditya Birla Insulators, Halol (a unit of Grasim Industries Ltd). He has worked with various companies in cement, textiles, chemicals and ceramics industries, spending a total of last seventeen years in the Aditya Birla Group. He has wide experience in the initiation and development of large-scalegreenfield manufacturingfacilities.
