1. To consider and approve Standalone & Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2019.

2. To consider appointment of Smt. Deepshikha Khaitan as Joint Managing Director.

3. To consider re-appointment of Shri Atul Sanghvi as Executive Director & CEO.

Please note that the window for trading in the shares of the Company has been closed with effect from 1st January 2020 and will continue to remain closed up to 7th February 2020 (both days inclusive) for the promoters, directors, senior managerial personnel, designated persons and other connected persons of the Company and their relatives, in terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
