Für den Inhalt der Mitteilung ist allein der Emittent verantwortlich. —————————————————————————— CeoTronics übernimmt Audio Accessories Business von DTC Communication, Inc. in USA Die CeoTronics übernimmt von der DTC Communications, Inc. in Nashua, New Hamphire (USA) die gesamte Audio Accessories Division. Der Verkauf erfolgte an die CeoTronics, Inc. in Chesapeake, Virginia (USA), die auch einige Mitarbeiter von DTC übernehmen wird. DTC ist ein weltweit anerkannter Hersteller von Kommunikationsgeräten im Audio- und Video-Bereich und will sich zukünftig verstärkt dem Ausbau der Video- und Radio Frequency Surveillance zuwenden. DTC setzt ca. 50% der Produkte in den USA ab. Nach der Konzentration auf das innere Wachstum der Gesellschaft wendet sich CeoTronics nunmehr der Vergrößerung der Marktanteile durch äußeres Wachstum zu. Über Umsätze von DTC und Verkaufspreise wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart. Die am Neuen Markt (WKN 540 740) notierte CeoTronics AG setzt hiermit konsequent ihre Wachstumsstrategie fort. CeoTronics acquires DTC Communication, Inc.’s Audio Accessories business in the US CeoTronics has acquired the entire Audio Accessories division of DTC Communication, Inc. (Nashua, New Hampshire, USA). The sale was made to CeoTronics, Inc. in Chesapeake, Virginia, which will also hire on some of DTC’s employees. DTC is a manufacturer of audio and video communications equipment with a strong reputation worldwide which will increasingly concentrate on expanding its video and radio frequency surveillance activities in the future. Approximately 50% of DTC’s sales are generated in the US. After concentrating on organic growth, CeoTronics will now focus on increasing market share through acquisitions. The two companies have agreed not to disclose DTC’s sales figures or the selling price. Neuer Markt-listed CeoTronics AG (WKN 540 740) will continue to consistently pursue its growth strategy.
