backlog approx. EUR2,409 thousand (+7.9%) // Order entry in Q4:.+42.3%

and the 'DAXplus Family-Index', achieved consolidated revenues in
accordance with IFRS as of May 31, 2010 of approx. EUR14,315 thousand.
The order backlog as of May 31 sums up to EUR2,409. That is an increase of
7.9% compared to the same point of time in the previous year. The order
entries in Q4 of the fiscal year 2009/2010 climbed by 42.3% year on year.
Information and Explaination of the Issuer to this News:
The revenue target of approx. EUR14.8 Mio was slightly missed (approx. 3%)
because some projected orders did not come in, others were delayed and some
lots have been called off that late that they could not be delivered and
invoiced until the cutoff date May 31, 2010.
'The final detailed consolidated figures will be published as always after
audition likely on August 13, 2010', commented Thomas H. Günther, Chairman
of the Board of Management.
