CeoTronics AG: Revenues and order backlog after 9 months of business year 2007/2008

CeoTronics AG Audio Video Data Communication, Adam-Opel-Strasse 6, 63322
Rödermark, Germany, listed in the PRIME Standard and the Technology All
Share Index (ISIN: DE0005407407), recorded a consolidated increase in
revenues (in accordance with IFRS) for the first nine months of fiscal year
2007/2008 of around €872 thousand year-on-year as of February 29, 2008,
from €14,036 thousand to around €14,908 thousand. This corresponds to an
increase of approx. 6.2% year-on-year still having a high order backlog.

The final detailed consolidated figures for the group will be published
together with the Q3 2007/2008 report following their approval on April 11,
2008.

Information and Explaination of the Issuer to this News:

In the 3rd quarter of the business year 2007/2008 preparatory work for the
delivery of the second lot of the larger order of CT-DECT JetCom systems
placed by the German Armed Forces was performed. This second lot is
expected to be delivered and invoiced in May 2008.

'The development of the revenues after nine months CeoTronics is well on
target. Together with the high order backlog of approximately +177%, our
target revenue of €21 million, the planned EBIT of €2.6 million and a
profit target of €1.7 million can be realized', explains Thomas H. Günther,
Chairman of the Board of Management.
