Günther new CEO / Continuous business policy ensured CeoTronics AG Audio Video Data Communication (WKN: 540 740; ISIN: DE 0005407407) announces that the co-founder and CEO Hans-Dieter Günther stepped back on January 31, 2003 as already planned. From February 1, 2003 onwards Hans-Dieter Günther will be Chairman of CeoTronics Supervisory Board. The previous Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Peter Haack, had announced his resignation (effective January 31, 2003) already during the general shareholders meeting which took place on November 5, 2002. The present Deputy-CEO, Mr. Thomas H. Günther, was appointed CEO by the Supervisory Board on February 1, 2003. In addition to his position as CEO, Thomas H.
