Sub: Notice of Board Meeting.
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015"), this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 13th August, 2021 to, inter alia, consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2021.
Further, in continuation to our intimation dated 28th June, 2021 and in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (CEL Insider Code), framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed from Thursday, 01% July, 2021 and shall remain closed till Sunday, 15" August, 2021 (both days inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 Hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
The trading window shall re-open on Monday, 16th August, 2021.
Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and Designated Persons as per CEL Insider Code and their immediate relatives) of the Company are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
