This is to inform you that the Thirty Third (334) Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 27% day of September, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. Indian Standard Time ("IST"), through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means ("VC/OA VM") facility in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, Rules framed thereunder and the SEBIJ (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with General Circular Nos. 14/2020, No. 17/2020, No. 20/2020 and No. 02/2021 dated April 08, 2020, April 13, 2020, May 05, 2020 and January 13, 2021 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA Circulars") and Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMDI/CIR/P/2020/79 dated May 12, 2020 as amended by Circular No. SEBJ/HO/CFD/CMD2/CIR/P/2021/11 dated January 15, 2021, issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI Circular"). Accordingly, owing to the difficulties involved in despatching of the physical copies of the Notice of the 337 AGM and the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021 including therein the Audited Financial Statements for the year 2020-2021, the afore-mentioned documents will be sent only by email to the Members.
Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 21' day of September, 2021 to 27" day of September, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 33rd Annual General wecting of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021.

20th September, 2021 will be the Cut-Off date for the purpose of E-Voting. Those shareholders holding shares cither in dematerialized form or in physical form, as on the close of business hours on 20th September, 2021 will be entitled to avail the facility of remote evoting as well as voting at the AGM.
