Centuria Metropolitan REIT (ASX:CMA) - Cleansing Notice

Notice under section 1012DA(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

This notice is given by Centuria Property Funds Limited ACN 086 553 639 as responsible entity of the Centuria Metropolitan REIT ARSN 124 364 718 ( CMA ), under section 1012DA(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

CMA has today issued 71,805,168 fully paid ordinary units ( Units ) in CMA pursuant to the institutional placement and the accelerated early retail and institutional components of the entitlement offer at $2.86 per Unit as announced on 19 September 2019.

CMA advises that:

  1. CMA has issued the Units without disclosure to investors under Part 7.9 of the Corporations Act;

  2. CMA gives this notice under section 1012DA(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;

  3. as a disclosing entity, CMA is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations;

  4. as at the date of this notice, CMA has complied with:

    • (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to CMA; and

    • (b) section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

  5. as at the date of this notice, there is no “excluded information” of the type referred to in sections 1012DA(7) or 1012DA(8) of the Corporations Act that needs to be set out in this notice
