Centuria Property Funds Limited (CPFL) as Responsible Entity of Centuria Metropolitan REIT (ASX: CMA) is pleased to confirm settlement of a 50% interest in 8 Central Avenue, Eveleigh NSW.
Details relating to the acquisition were previously announced on Wednesday, 18 September 2019.
