Centuria Property Funds Limited (CPFL) as Responsible Entity of Centuria Metropolitan REIT (ASX: CMA) is pleased to confirm settlement completion of 2 Phillip Law Street, Canberra ACT (NewActon Nishi Building).
Details relating to the acquisition were previously announced on Tuesday, 10 December 2019.
