Settlement of Acquisition increases CMA portfolio to $1.5 billion[1]

Centuria Property Funds Limited ( CPFL ), as Responsible Entity of Centuria Metropolitan REIT ( ASX:CMA ), today announces the settlement of interests in four high quality office assets from a subsidiary of Hines Global REIT, Inc.
The acquisition is in line with CMA’s strategy to acquire quality, fit for purpose metropolitan assets. As Australia’s largest metropolitan REIT, CMA’s portfolio now consists of 23[1] assets with a portfolio value around $1.5 billion[1] . The assets are highly complementary to CMA’s existing portfolio, improving the REIT’s WALE[2] to 4.2 years, and increasing occupancy[2] to approximately 99%.
