SETTLEMENT OF MARS ROAD, LANE COVE

Sydney, 3 April 2017

Centuria Property Funds Limited, as Responsible Entity of Centuria Metropolitan REIT (CMA), is pleased to confirm that settlement of 14 Mars Road, Lane Cove occurred on 31 March 2017.

The sale of 14 Mars Road, Lane Cove to Cochlear Limited for $26.0 million was previously advised on 21 December 2016. Net proceeds from the sale have been used to repay debt with CMA’s pro-forma 31 December 2016 gearing reducing to 29.5%.
