Description

It is anticipated that Centuria Metropolitan REIT No. 1 and Centuria Metropolitan REIT No. 2, which are to form a stapled entity known as Centuria Metropolitan REIT (Fund), will be admitted to the official list of ASX Limited (ASX) on the morning of Wednesday, 10 December 2014.

Official quotation of the Fund’s stapled securities is expected to commence at 12:15pm AEDT on Wednesday, 10 December 2014 on a deferred settlement basis. The Fund is expected to raise approximately $114.3 million pursuant to the offer under the product disclosure statement dated 11 November 2014 issued by the Fund (PDS) by the issue 57,155,062 stapled securities at an issue price of $2.00 per stapled security.
