360 Capital Investment Management Limited as responsible entity for the 360 Capital Industrial Fund (Bidder) confirms for the purposes of section 633(4) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) that 9:00am on 4 February 2015 is the date set by the Bidder (pursuant to sections 633(2) and (3) of the Corporations Act) for the purposes of determining the people to whom information is to be sent under items 6 and 12 of the table in section 633(1) of the Corporations Act.
