CIP SETTLES DERRIMUT AND BELLA VISTA ACQUISITIONS
SYDNEY (5 March 2021) – Centuria Property Funds No.2 Limited ( CPF2L ) as Responsible Entity of Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX: CIP ) has announced the settlement of three modern industrial facilities for a combined $63.5 million.
The three assets include:

513 Mount Derrimut Road, Derrimut VIC

179 Studley Court, Derrimut VIC

8 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista NSW
Details of the Derrimut acquisitions were previously announced on Friday 29 January 2021 and details of the Bella Vista acquisition were announced on 23 February 2021.
