Settlement of Belmont acquisition
Sydney, Thursday 31 August 2017:
Centuria Property Funds No. 2 Limited (CPF2L) as Responsible Entity of Centuria Industrial REIT (CIP) is pleased to today confirm settlement of the acquisition of 92 Robinson Road, Belmont in Western Australia for $11.2 million.
Details of the acquisition were provided on Thursday, 10 August 2017.
