Allotment of TIX Units Pursuant to the TIX Offer

360 Capital Investment Management Limited (ACN 133 363 185) as Responsible Entity for 360 Capital Industrial Fund (TIX/Fund) advises it has today issued 41,397 fully paid TIX units as part consideration for the ANI units acquired pursuant to the takeover offer for Australian Industrial REIT (ANI) (ARSN 165 651 301).

TIX now has a total of 152,142,209 units on issue.

Furthermore, TIX has a beneficial interest of approximately 31% of ANI units on issue.
