Centuria Capital Announces 2015 Full-year Results
Sydney, 20 August 2015: Specialist investment manager Centuria Capital (ASX: CNI) today delivered results for the full year ended 30 June 2015 and declared a final, fully franked dividend of 2.75 cps bringing total FY15 dividends to 4.75cps.

Group CEO John McBain commented:
“During FY15 the group realised in excess of $36 million from the sale of non-core divisions and underlying NPAT rose to $6.3 million. Centuria’s balance sheet has been considerable strengthened and the unlisted property funds management division posted a record profit.”
“In addition, wholly owned subsidiary Centuria Property Funds Limited successfully listed Centuria Metropolitan REIT with a market capitalisation of $255.4 million at 30.6.15.”
“Centuria is well positioned for growth in FY16 having greater financial resources to drive its core businesses of Property Funds Management and Investment Bond Management.”
