CNI notes an article in "The Australian" this morning which stated that "Centuria Capital’s board will meet on Tuesday to determine whether it will proceed with its $174m acquisition of the New Zealand real estate funds management business Augusta Capital".
CNI confirms that the regular monthly CNI board meeting is being held tomorrow and that CNI's proposed offer for Augusta Capital is an agenda item, amongst other agenda items. There is, however, no certainty that the board will make a decision tomorrow in relation to Augusta Capital.
CNI will continue to keep the market informed of material information in accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations.
