Settlement of The Zenith

Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI or Centuria ) is pleased to announce the settlement of 821-843, Pacific Highway, Chatswood NSW (The Zenith) for $438.2m. Details relating to the transaction were previously announced on 7 June 2019.

Jason Huljich, Joint CEO, said “We are delighted with the outcomes achieved in conjunction with our institutional wholesale partner, Blackrock since acquiring The Zenith for $279.1m in 2016. Our team’s ability to reposition the Zenith as a quality investment grade asset through active management has generated meaningful value for our tenants and investors.”
