360 Capital Group Centuria Exercises Call Option over Retail Fund Units

The Board of 360 Capital Group Limited (ASX: TGP) (Group) announces that it has received a call option notice from Centuria (ASX: CNI) exercising its call option to acquire $19.6 million in the unlisted Retail Fund units off the Group.

The Group has $20.3 million in uncalled option agreements over 111 St Georges Terrace, Perth units remaining outstanding with Centuria which can be put to Centuria in June 2019 if they do not call them prior.

Settlement of the Retail Fund units is scheduled to occur on 9 January 2019.

The Group is well positioned to take advantage of opportunities in the marketplace with in excess of $163 million in cash, (post the settlement of the Retail Fund units), and no borrowings.

The Group will be releasing its HY19 results on 27 February 2019.
