360 Capital Group (TGP) Settlement of Majority Disposal of Funds Management Platform and Co-investments to Centuria for $290.7 million
In line with announcements made on 23 November 2016, the Board of 360 Capital Group Limited (ASX: TGP or Group) is pleased to announce it has settled the sale of the majority of its funds management platform and co-investments to Centuria Capital Group (Centuria) today.
The Group has also fully repaid its outstanding bonds and is now debt free.
The Group will be providing further preliminary details on its financial results over the next 14 days and will provide a market update in relation to its business plan at its half yearly results in midFebruary 2017.
The Directors of the Board would like to thank both Group and managed fund investors for their support over the past six years and look forward to creating further value for TGP and TOT investors as the Group continues to deliver its business strategy.
