Centuria Capital Fund

ADMISSION TO OFFICIAL LIST

Centuria Capital Fund (Fund) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited on Wednesday, 12 October 2016.

The Fund’s fully paid ordinary units will be stapled on a one-for-one basis to the already quoted fully paid ordinary shares in Centuria Capital Limited (Company) to form a single class of quoted stapled securities (Stapled Securities). The new stapled group will be called Centuria Capital Group (Group).

Official Quotation of the following securities will commence on a deferred settlement basis as part of Group 2 at 10:02:15 am (+/- 15 seconds) AEDT on Wednesday, 12 October 2016.

77,194,733 Stapled Securities in the Group, comprising a unit in the Fund and a share in the Company.
