TRADING HALT

The securities of Centuria Capital Group (the “Group”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Group, pending the release of an announcement by the Group. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 25 November 2016.

Centuria Capital Group (ASX Code: CNI)

Centuria Capital Group ( Centuria ) requests that an immediate trading halt be granted with respect to Centuria’s stapled securities pending an announcement to the market in relation to a proposed capital raising.

For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, Centuria provides the following information:

  • a) Centuria requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of such time as it makes an announcement to the market in relation to the outcome of the proposed capital raising and the commencement of trading on 25 November 2016, unless Centuria requests that the trading halt be lifted before that time; and

  • b) Centuria is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any other information available at this stage that is relevant to the trading halt.
