Retail Entitlement Offer Booklet

Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI) is pleased to announce that it has today completed the despatch of the retail offer booklet and personalised entitlement and acceptance form to CNI stapled securityholders eligible to participate in the retail component of its accelerated pro rata nonrenounceable entitlement offer announced to ASX on 23 November 2016 ( Retail Entitlement Offer ).
