Centuria Sells Bowen Hills Property
Sydney, 20 November 2014: Centuria Capital Limited (ASX:CNI) subsidiary, Centuria Property Funds Limited, has announced the sale of the Citilink Business Centre in Brisbane for $62 million.
The property at 153 Campbell Street, Bowen Hills was held in the Centuria Office Fund No 2 and was acquired in 2004 for $39.4 million
The sale is in alignment with the Fund’s defined exit strategy.
