Centuria Capital - Market Update
Singapore Office
Centuria Capital announces the opening of an office in Singapore and the appointment of Chong Woon Pin as Managing Director of Asia, Centuria Capital.
Mr Chong will be responsible for growing Centuria's Asia-Pacific platform - raising equity from offshore institutional investors to invest in Australian property.
Prior to joining Centuria, Mr Chong was Head of Equity and Capital Transactions, Asia at Lend Lease. Prior to Lend Lease, he was the Director of the Regional Investment Group and Director of Business Development and Advisory at Colliers International.
Centuria CEO said “the new office, whilst modest, represents a first step towards augmenting Centuria’s deep retail investor channels”.
