Centuria Board Appointments

• Ms Kristie Brown – Independent Non-Executive Director

• Mr Wee Peng Cho – Non-Executive Director

SYDNEY (Monday, 15 February 2021) – Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI or “Centuria”) has announced the appointment of two new board directors as at Monday, 15 February 2021.

Experienced real estate investment and legal professional, Ms Kristie Brown, joins the Centuria Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director as well as a member of the Group’s Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee (ARCC). Ms Brown is a founding partner of investment firm, Couloir Capital, and established Danube View Investments following 16 years at blue-chip law firms.

Mr Wee Peng Cho, the Singapore based Group Chief Financial Officer of ESR Group, has also agreed to join the Centuria Board as a Non-Executive Director. He has more than 25 years’ experience across financial markets on behalf of international and regional companies in Asia.

Centuria Chairman, Garry Charny, welcomed the new Board members, stating, “It is a pleasure to have Kristie and Wee Peng join our Board. I am confident their extensive experience and broad perspectives will add value to our business and, in turn, our securityholders.”
