Centuria Further Diversifies Responsible Entity Boards

SYDNEY (Friday, 2 July 2021) – Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI or “Centuria”) has further diversified its Responsible Entity Boards, Centuria Property Funds Limited ( CPFL ) and Centuria Property Funds No. 2 Limited ( CPF2L ), with the appointment of Independent Non-Executive Directors, Nicole Green and Jennifer Cook, respectively. Ms Green also joins the CPFL Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee (ARCC).

CPFL is the Responsible Entity of Centuria Office REIT (ASX: COF ). CPF2L is the Responsible Entity of Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX: CIP ).

Garry Charny, Centuria Capital Chairman, commented, “We warmly welcome Nicole to the CPFL Board and ARCC Committee and Jennifer to the CPF2L Board. They bring substantial experience from varied backgrounds that we believe will benefit the shareholders of both REITs and add greatly to the intellectual property within the Group. Not only is the entrenchment of independent boards in CPFL and CPF2L a priority but the appointments are consistent with our commitment to a diversified and relevant Group. The appointments are also reflective of the substantial growth of Centuria’s A-REITs and unlisted funds, particularly across industrial, healthcare and decentralised office markets.”

Nicole Green

Ms Green is a highly experienced legal professional. She is currently Minter Ellison’s Infrastructure Industry Leader and a Partner in its Projects, Infrastructure & Construction Division. She focuses on both high-profile infrastructure developments and large scale commercial, industrial and residential developments, including urban renewal. Previously, she was MinterEllison’s Sydney Office Managing Partner and former national lead of its Government Practice.

Ms Green is also a board member for Infrastructure Partnerships Australia and chairs the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Law Advisory Council. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) / LLB from UNSW.

Jennifer Cook

Ms Cook is currently Managing Director of commercial property consultancy, Customer 360, with broad experience across customer strategies and brand transformation. Previous real estate roles include AMP Capital Real Estate’s Retail Head of Customer Experience, Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Queensland’s Director of Brand and Innovation, and AECOM’s Associate Director of Brand Strategy. Additionally, she has held senior roles within tourism, government and retail sectors.

Ms Cook is also an advisory board member of Vennu Pty Ltd and member of the Waverley Public Art Committee. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern Queensland (USQ) and Bachelor of Business Management – Marketing from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
