SYDNEY (Friday, 1 October 2021) – Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI or “Centuria”) advises that further to its announcement on 12 July 2021, the closing date for receipt of Director nominations for the 2021 AGM of stapled securityholders scheduled to be held on 26 November 2021, is 8 October 2021.
