Notification of change to CFO / Company Secretary

5 August 2015

The Company gives notice that Matthew Coy has, today, tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer “CFO” and Company Secretary effective 14 August 2015.

From this date, the current Corporate Finance Manager, Ms. Lee-Anne Wilson, will become Acting CFO and James Lonie will be appointed Company Secretary.

Group CEO, John McBain, said “Mr. Coy has been a long-standing Centuria executive who has contributed greatly to the business and his resignation to pursue other interests was regrettable but the Company thanks him for his dedicated service.”

“Ms. Wilson is also a highly-regarded senior Centuria executive who has effectively been acting as Deputy CFO and who the Board is confident has the necessary professional skills and commercial experience to perform this role at a high level.”

Mr. Lonie has been well known to the Company over an extended period on a professional basis. Mr. Lonie is a partner in a Sydney legal firm practising in corporate governance.
